  • Advocacy Services

    If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, SAVA is here to help. Whether the attack happened recently or decades ago, SAVA wants to support you as you heal.

  • Prevention Education

    SAVA’s Prevention Education programming reaches more than 9,000 youth every year in Larimer and Weld Counties.

  • Community Resources

    There are many resources in our Northern Colorado community. If you have any additional questions about community resources, call SAVA at (970) 472-4204 (Larimer County) or (970) 506-4059 (Weld County) for a referral.

We’re here to help. If you are unsure if SAVA services are right for you or you have additional questions please call our 24/7 Rape Crisis Hotline at 970-472-4200.

  • At SAVA, we believe finances should never be a barrier to healing. All of our services are offered free of cost to survivors and their loved ones.

  • SAVA Center serves Larimer and Weld County residents ages three and up.

  • Larimer and Weld County residents who has been affected by sexual violence.

    It does not matter when the assault occurred or if the crime has been reported.

    SAVA also provides services and support for family members and loved ones of someone who has been assaulted.

  • No, you do not have to report.

    If you are interested in reporting, SAVA advocates can help you with the process, but you do not have to report to receive SAVA services.

    **SAVA therapists are mandated reporters, which means if anyone under the age of 18 is at risk/being abused/neglected, or a known perpetrator has access to minors, we are required to make a report.

    See the next question for more details on individuals under 18. 

  • SAVA Center Advocates are NOT mandated reporters. You may receive advocacy services without having to report.

    SAVA Center Therapists ARE mandated reporters. This means if a therapist hears of someone under the age of 18 who is at risk or being abused and cannot verify a report has been made via a case number, we will be required to do so.
