The Sexual Assault Victim Advocate (SAVA) Center places a high priority on protecting your privacy. Please do not disclose confidential and/or privileged information through our contact form. If this is an emergency, please call our hotline at 970.472.4200.

What information does SAVA collect?

SAVA only collects information you give us through our contact form. SAVA does not collect any information through the use of cookies, tracking an IP address, or any other information gathering techniques.

What is my information used for?

If you contact the SAVA Center through our website, designated SAVA staff will use this information to contact you to answer any questions or concerns. Your information will not be shared with any parties outside of SAVA Center designated staff.

Who views my information?

SAVA designated staff are the only parties to view your information. SAVA will never sell your information to a third party. SAVA will only share your information with a referral agency/entity with your express permission.

How can I remove or update my information?

If you wish to remove or update your information, please contact us at contact@savacenter.org. If you choose to subscribe to SAVA’s electronic mailing list, you may unsubscribe directly from the link within our newsletter at any time.

How is my information protected from illegitimate access?

SAVA does not share your information with any third parties without your express permission. All of our data is stored securely and can only be accessed by designated SAVA staff.

How is my information used if I choose to join SAVA’s electronic mailing list?

SAVA uses its electronic mailing list to update our supporters about events and programs you may be interested in. Your information is kept private and cannot be viewed by other subscribers. On average, SAVA sends out no more than three electronic newsletters each month. SAVA will never share your information with any third parties through our electronic mailing list.
