1st annual Cajun Boil Beer Dinner for SAVA!

What do do with your old brewing system once you’ve outgrown it? Sell it? Hang on to it for a rainy day? Put it in our garage? Nope, nope and nope. Reconfigure it to boil hundreds of pounds of crawfish, sausage, shrimp, potatoes and corn cobs? Winner, winner cajun dinner.

Our next Beer Dinner is a special one — it’s our first Cajun Boil Dinner and our first Beer Dinner fundraiser. We’re donating 25% per ticket sold to Sexual Assault Victim’s Advocates (SAVA). That evening we’ll also donate 25% of the proceeds from all To-Go beer and Lonesome Buck merchandise purchased.

Like all beer dinners, we seat family style if possible; so bring some friends or prepare to make some new ones. Get to know each other over beer selected by Head Brewer Cameron Huff.

Course One: Smoked shrimp green salad
Course Two: The Cajun Boil served in the center of your newspaper covered table. Shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn cob and crawfish that was flown in from New Orleans that morning (we know a guy…).
Course Three: King Cake! What else? The perfect way to end the Cajun Boil. Find the baby and and you and a friend just ate for free!
